We offer five different ride types on a bike - Now RIDE, HIIT RIDE, RIDE Strength, Pop RIDE and Smooth RIDE - designed to be truly complementary. Our workouts are designed to improve your fitness, your mind and your overall well-being. We also offer classes without the bike in our Studio 2 - NOW Pump, NOW Dance, NOW Strength and NOW Booty. Ideal for those wanting to improve their fitness in classes off the bike too!

Our studio is a safe, diverse and inclusive space for all! Whether you come alone or in a group, you are most welcome! Our instructors are open, supportive, progressive, kind & caring and they are there to make your ride enjoyable & fun.

I'm new to Now Ride / Indoor Group Cycling
Firstly, welcome to Now Ride! Our classes are designed for all ability and experience levels - you've made the right choice and you're in the right place. If you have questions, doubts or concerns - just speak to any member of the team. We're all friendly, and we're all here to help.

It's recommended for you to do 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week - so for the best fitness levels, you should aim to come at least three times a week to maximise the health benefits you'll receive.
How do I buy a class pass or membership?
To get started, create a Now Ride account here. You can choose to 'Pay as you Go' or 'Pay Monthly'. Either one is fine - both membership types can book any class 7 days in advance. Our premium packages give you access to book classes even earlier, up to 30 days in advance.

To book a class, click on 'Book a Class' on the Home Screen of our app or once you've logged in to the website. Choose the day and class type you'd like to attend.
What do I need to bring with me?
All you need is your workout gear - everything else we provide for you. We'll provide you with a sweat towel (you will definitely need this!) - just drop it in the laundry basket at the end of the class. It's important to stay hydrated when working out - so make sure you bring a water bottle. If you don't have one with you, we have bottled water available to purchase, or we have refillable water bottles available too.

Our bikes can be used with regular trainers, gym shoes or clip-in cycling shoes. Bring your own footwear - we've found this is the simplest way to ensure you get the correct fit and comfort.

We do provide an open storage area for each rider where you can keep your phone, bag, jacket and keys. No-one other than riders has access to this area, so your belongings are safe. Please ensure your phone is on silent during the ride - this includes any smartwatches. They're not allowed to be used in class - this is to ensure everyone can enjoy their workout without distractions.
How do I check in when I get there?
It's really simple - just arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. Head to the reception desk and we'll tell you everything you need to know.

We'll take your details at the reception desk - you can also open your app and tap on 'Member Card' which we'll scan to check you in. Please ensure you've completed your PAR-Q (Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and highlighted any concerns we need to talk about and may need to make adjustments for.

Please note, if you're running late and your class has started, we will not be able to let you in as this can disrupt the rest of the riders' workouts.

Ride Special - VS Ride
It's time for the battle to commence! Join this Group Cycling class and decide where your loyalties lie. In this class you will take part not only in a great workout, but in a battle for the win. You will see different battles each time (examples include boy bands VS girl bands, genres VS genres, divas VS divas and much more).

Ride Special - Karen Ride
Workout to one of our signature classes whilst getting insulted and motivated to work harder than ever! Whatever you do, don't talk back to our instructors or they might just bite back worse...

Ride Special - Themed Ride
Be part of a theme when you workout and dress to impress. In THEME RIDE you will cycle through different themes each time you get on your bike. Our seasonal specials are included such as Christmas, Halloween, Clubland and lots more.
