In our strength sessions you will get a full body workout, which includes weights to improve your upper body power too. Gone are they days of just working the legs in a group cycling class, let's work everything together!

SMOOTH RIDE

This low-impact 45-minute class is perfect for anyone who does not want a high intensity spin class. Join this class as a way to help your mobility and joints whilst still having fun.

Join us as we dim the lights and forget about the outside world as you sweat it out in one of our calmer rides. We'll set up the candles to refresh your mind, increase your focus, and work your body!

DISCO RIDE

Want to have more fun on a stationary bike? Well this 60-minute class brings all your classic Group Cycling moves along with dance arms and attitude to match. Oh and not to mention the best disco lights.

There's tunes galore and a playlist for everyone - we'll have you dancing and burning calories in no-time.

Now Pump is a full body training class that works fast to create strength and endurance by using weights and a barbell. Don't worry if you've never used them before, we are here to help you feel the gain!

It's time for the battle to commence! Join this Group Cycling class and decide where your loyalties lie. In this class you will take part not only in a great workout, but in a battle for the win. You will see different battles each time (examples include boy bands VS girl bands, genres VS genres, divas VS divas and much more).

Ride Special - Karen Ride
Workout to one of our signature classes whilst getting insulted and motivated to work harder than ever! Whatever you do, don't talk back to our instructors or they might just bite back worse...

Ride Special - Themed Ride
Be part of a theme when you workout and dress to impress. In THEME RIDE you will cycle through different themes each time you get on your bike. Our seasonal specials are included such as Christmas, Halloween, Clubland and lots more.

A NO-FUSS WORKOUT FOR ALL!

NOW STRENGTH

Now Strength is a 'get it done' workout that will target your whole body from top to bottom! We will show you how to use hand weights, body weight and resistance bands to build muscle in your upper and lower body.

Set to motivating music and running at 60-minutes, this class is for newbies and those experienced in strength training. No complicated moves, just progressive overload to train your shoulders, arms, chest, core, back, quads and glutes and you will work up a sweat and get some added bonus cardio through our high-repetition intervals.
