Payment Information

Payments made through the Now Ride website or app are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems. Other personal information will be securely deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.

Deleting Your Account

You may permanently delete your Now Ride account directly within the app.

To request deletion:

Open the Now Ride app.
Tap your name or profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Profile.
Tap Delete My Account.

Your account will enter a 7-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel the deletion request by logging back into your account.

After the 7-day cooling-off period expires, your account and associated personal information will be permanently removed and deleted from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Please note that the following information may continue to be retained after your account has been deleted:

Gym access records are retained for 12 months.
Payment and financial records may be retained for up to 6 years where required by UK law.
